I have the honor to forward for Your Grace's information copy of the Report of the Surveyor General on the completion by Me Bird of the Survey of British Kowloon, together with a plan of the Survey on a reduced Scale.
The delay in forwarding these documents has been caused by the reduced Plan not having been finished till now.
